- Individual Empowerment: Through tailored activities, participants develop critical thinking, self-expression, and a deep understanding of green practices in entrepreneurship, enhancing their overall training on Green ICT.
- Innovative Education Methods: Emphasizing informal and non-formal education, we introduce interactive games, icebreakers, energizers, and outside sessions. Workshops are kept flexible and open, encouraging participant-led ideas, such as creating choreographies.
- Effective Group Dynamics: Small-group settings foster a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, promoting better integration, communication, and active participation. This approach enhances the overall learning experience by facilitating idea sharing, consultation, decision-making, and collaboration.
- Thematic Daily Divisions: The project utilizes non-formal education methods, including brainstorming, plenary discussions, simulations, role plays, team-building exercises, energizers, and icebreakers. This diverse approach ensures an engaging and impactful learning environment.
