27 April - 05 - May Sentimental
Our partner from "Tarptautinis Bendradarbiavimo centras" is implementing project "Sentimental", first of all, great JOB!
Erasmus+ Youth Exchange: "Sentimental" – Supporting Youth Mental Health
Mental health issues affect over 10% of the EU population annually, with 1 in 4 people experiencing mental disorders in their lifetime. Despite growing awareness, many young people still lack access to emotional support and care.
The "Sentimental" Erasmus+ youth exchange responds to this need by bringing together young participants from across Europe for a 7-day program focused on emotional well-being, stress management, and peer support. Supported whole community of young people from Tarptautinis bendradarbiavimo centras and its partners, the project is based on recent findings showing rising stress and mental health struggles among youth.
Through workshops and intercultural exchange, participants will build communication and empathy skills, explore mental health issues, and create a basic emotional support toolkit. The project promotes openness, reduces stigma, and empowers young people to become active voices for mental health in their communities.
