The goal of the project was to equalize youth chances. Incorporation of values such as self-acceptance, self-fulfillment with the use of street art methods or street art. Other objectives of the project were also: acquiring by the participants soft skills such as self-presentation, motivation, group work, ability to make decisions. The project changed the attitude of young people from passive to active. The project took place on 08 10 - 14 10 2018 with 40 participants from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Hungary. Young people with fewer opportunities were involved in the project, they are people from the age of 18 who are threatened by social exclusion through their life experiences. Due to the fact that these young people spend most of their time on the street interested in street art, or street art in general, we used it and meet their needs in a wider circle of 'enthusiasts', where they were able to exchange experiences and methods in an informal way. The needs of these people were the development and willingness to be appreciated in their environment. Art gives such an opportunity. It gives you the opportunity to express emotions and what is difficult to express or express on a daily basis. In the implementation of the project, we used the following tools: discussions, brainstorming, presentations, training, practical (group and individual) classes. All participants develop communication and language skills, learned about the culture of other countries. Thanks to the project, the youth have knowledge of street art and social skills that will be able to extend it in their "backyards." It can be assumed that thanks to the acquired skills and knowledge will be able to implement their own projects using the Erasmus + program. in yourself and emotions. The proposing organization and partner organization gained new experience, useful in the implementation of next projects and will be able to establish longer cooperation. The project was a way to stimulate and instill development opportunities in these people in the future. Participants after such a project have the opportunity to start gradually developing their passions. People finishing the project gained skills that will allow them to continue their work with street art. Further development will allow them to enter higher levels at once. The international contacts acquired are a series of possibilities for further cooperation and self-fulfillment.
