Paint your fEUture – Youth Exchange
✨ Paint your fEUture – Youth Exchange ✨
📅 Dates: June 25 – July 02
🇱🇹 Our team proudly represented Lithuania
From June 25 to July 02, we took part in the international youth exchange “Paint your fEUture”, a project dedicated to exploring the challenges of hyperconnectivity and its effects on young people’s mental health. In a world where social media is always present, many young people face issues like cyberbullying, hate speech, and media illiteracy—often impacting self-esteem and emotional well-being.
The project aimed to raise awareness of these challenges and offered creative solutions to face them. Through visual arts—drawing, photography, and digital graphics—we learned how artistic expression can be a tool for mindfulness, self-reflection, and emotional balance. Art became our way of expressing emotions, spreading messages of hope, and building resilience.
Beyond personal growth, the exchange encouraged active participation in society and intercultural dialogue. Working in a multicultural environment gave us the opportunity to improve communication, collaboration, and to break stereotypes. The project also highlighted the importance of European values such as solidarity, inclusion, and respect for diversity.
This experience not only gave us new skills and perspectives but also strengthened our belief that creativity and cooperation are key to shaping a healthier and more inclusive future.
