22 - 10.02 2022, Lead me up

Our last project for this year was also the most important one. Lead me up 2022-1-BG01-KA153-YOU-000064287 was funded by the HRDC trough the program Erasmus +. Thanks to it 32 young leaders, entrepreneurs, teachers, youth workers and other active members of our societies have improved their leadership skills. We showed them how to successfully manage their own lives by wisely setting their goals and how to assess their strengths and weaknesses and the changing environment. They got familiar with the universal principles of leadership and how to use them in order to grow as better leaders, assessing their own level of leadership as well as the one of the people they collaborate with. We met successful young leaders from our region who work in different fields and learned from their experience. We were proud to show our foreign friends the beautiful nature and culture of our mountain and to explore their.
