Catch your breath in nature

Participants: 36 people in total (12 people from each organization)

Mobility date: August 6 – 10, 2023 (departure August 5, return August 11)

Main assumptions: Young people aged 16-26 from Poland, Lithuania and Latvia will take part in this project. 
The host country will be Poland.The mobility will be carried out in the town of Sława in the Lubuskie Voivodeship. 

The project aims to draw public attention to the necessity of the ability to cooperate, 
work in a group, but also the ability to take care of one's own mental health and well-being. 
Various activities with young people have shown that among youth, there are problems related to communication, 
functioning in the society as well as self-awareness about mental health, self-esteem or motivation to take up an activity. 
We plan to use the natural environment to respond to the abovementioned problems. Thanks to communing with nature, 
young people will develop solutions and motivate themselves to undertake activities related to cooperation in a society. 
Thanks to participation in the project, participants will not only gain knowledge in the field of communication and mental health, 
but also acquire the skills of practical communing with nature and caring for the natural environment.
